Taurus King Tools follows a practical quality control process for lithium power tool battery packs, replacement batteries, chargers, and OEM/ODM custom battery projects.
Our goal is to help global buyers receive stable, safe, and reliable battery pack products for cordless tools and related applications.
Incoming Material Inspection
We check key incoming materials before production, including lithium cells, BMS boards, plastic housings, connectors, terminals, labels, and packaging materials.
Battery cells can be sorted and matched according to voltage, internal resistance, capacity, and project requirements.
Cell Sorting and Matching
Cell consistency is important for battery pack safety and performance. We support cell sorting before pack assembly to improve stability during charging, discharging, and long-term use.
BMS Protection Inspection
The BMS protection board is checked according to project requirements. Protection functions may include:
- Overcharge protection
- Over-discharge protection
- Overcurrent protection
- Short-circuit protection
- Temperature protection
Pack Assembly Inspection
During battery pack assembly, we check welding quality, wire connection, connector position, insulation, polarity, and housing fit.
Spot welding, soldering, and internal structure are inspected to reduce assembly defects.
Charge and Discharge Test
Battery packs can be tested through charging and discharging procedures to check voltage, capacity, output performance, and basic stability.
Aging Test
Aging tests help verify battery pack performance before shipment. This process helps identify abnormal voltage drop, unstable output, or other potential quality issues.
Appearance and Packaging Inspection
Before shipment, we check the product appearance, label, logo, packaging, accessories, and carton condition according to the customer’s order requirements.
Documentation Support
According to project needs, we can support product specifications, MSDS, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, test summaries, and export documentation.
